IN-SEASON

DASH Training’s In-Season program allows our athletes to book individual sessions, age-specific classes, and team training sessions.

OFF-SEASOn

DASH Training’s Off-Season program offers our athletes a training catered achieving their goals as an athlete, either with individual, group training or age specific training classes.
