The Program

Every individuals body and goals are unique, this is why in our Individual Program Design Training we not only get to know what you want to accomplish but also why you want to accomplish it. Once we understand what your goals are, we then take you through a postural, cardiovascular, and muscular strength assessment to understand what we are going to need to do to accomplish your goals. With this information we will then comprise a program designed specifically to your bodies needs and your goals.
